I have a science fair. My project is about what part of the tongue best detects sweet taste. I will use a cotton ball, dip the end in water and then place the end of the cotton ball in sugar. Then i will place the cotton ball in different parts of my tongue to see where it is sweeter. Now, I need to know what is my dependent and independent variable. And also the Control ?What is my dependent, independent variable and control?
Independent variavle is what changes or the cause
Dependent is the effect or whats being mesured
Controlled variable is the one that stays the same in the experiment
